so....your working without pay for a week?...Or going to be required too?...Is that what the memo is saying?...My work is currently telling us that we are going to be sending people home on nights there are few to no appointments! Last week I worked a total of maybe 28 hours (did not work Tuesday, sent home early Wednesday, was off Thursday)....It's crazy! I will be grateful if my car note is paid and my car insurance is paid with this up coming check. It's insane...and I cannot get a seconed job due to my meeting and school schedule, soooo yeah...lamo. This is apparently the worst of the recession...I hope WTOP doesn't steer me wrong on that tidbit of news...
Yeah. It's not official yet, but our bosses are almost positive Denver will do this. We will basically be required to take a week off of work without pay. They gave us another option where we could take an 11.25 percent reduction in pay for two months (the equivalent of what taking a week off would be)...but then you still have to work. Bad times. I'm sorry to hear you're not getting the hours you need.
